The McCormick Law Firm successfully appealed a trial court decision at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. The Court of Special Appeals issued a published decision acknowledging for the first time, that individual employees under limited term employment agreements possess the same right as at-will employees to be free from wrongful terminations which violate public policy.
